Cassie McIvor

After three years of full time study, Cassie graduated from the Ballarat Arts Academy with a Bachelor of Music Theatre. Her roles included Maria in a Bernstein scene study of WEST SIDE STORY, Reverend Billy Hightower in BAT BOY directed by Terence O'Connell and Vicky Jacobs, for which she received a Music Theatre Guild Commendation Award, Reno Sweeney in the 2007 production of ANYTHING GOES Musically Directed by Andrew Patterson, and in March 2007 Cassie self devised a Cabaret A THOUSAND FEET under the direction of Karlis Zaid and Andrew Patterson. In 2008 Cassie relocated to Japan to perform at Universal Studios in the role of Elphaba in WICKED.
Her other Academy credits include GODSPELL with Stewart Morritt and Richard Brown, KISS ME KATE performed at the Princess Theatre Melbourne and SHOWCASE 07 performed at Chapel off Chapel.
Cassie has sung at corporate functions and several Melbourne venues including The Melbourne Concert Hall, The State Theatre, The Crown Showroom, The Athenaeum, Silvers Nightclub, Frostbites, and has hosted functions at Chapel off Chapel.
Her TV credits include numerous shows on Channel 31 and she has performed three times on Channel 7's THE ROYAL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL GOOD FRIDAY APPEAL.
In 2002 she toured China as a solo artist performing on CCTV, at Concert Halls, Stadiums and in Street Parades as apart of the Cultural Festival.
