For the past seventeen years Craig has worked as an independent producer in the area of theatre for schools producing more than thirty productions since 1991 playing to a total audience of over 900,000.

Craig has created or co-composed several musicals including Crusade, which following its Melbourne premiere has since been produced in Edinburgh, The White Rose for Monash University which premiered in Melbourne in 2003 and subsequently toured Singapore and the cabaret musical After The Beep. Craig has developed, written and produced a number of community performance projects in Australia and overseas including the musicals Right Where We Are and Water Into Wine. His comedy EUROBEAT – the Eurovision Musical became the first Australian musical with an original score to be given a national tour in twenty years. Eurobeat will show at the Edinburgh Festival ahead of a UK and European tour.
