Laura Koomen:

Laura began performing at an early age. She trained in her younger days with the Helen O’Grady Children’s Drama Academy the Young Australian Broadway Chorus. In 2003 Laura completed her Bachelor of Performing Arts at Monash University and last year Laura completed her Diploma of Arts Management at the University of Melbourne. Laura’s latest performing credits include self devised cabarets at various venues around Melbourne, playing Mary Magdalene in Catchments’ Jesus Christ Superstar and performing as a guest with her group Off The Page at the Yooralla ‘Schools Out On Stage’ concert this year. Laura currently works with the Melbourne Theatre Company as the Education and Ticketing Officer and Magnormos as Marketing Manager.
