Sally Bourne:

Sally studied at the National Theatre in Melbourne and later the Actors Studio in Sydney.

Sally has been working as a singer, actor, writer and comedian for over 30 years in Australia and the UK. Since being cast as the original Australian ANNIE in the 70's her musical credits include; (Australia) NINE, LES MISERABLES (London), MY FAIR LADY, LES MISERABLES, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, HEY MR! PRODUCER, THE BEAUTIFUL GAME (original cast) and the role of Andrea in JERRY SPRINGER THE OPERA (world premier). Sally was also a regular on the cabaret and stand up comedy scene in London for over 10years. She can be seen playing Eva's maid in the movie EVITA.

Since returning to Australia, Sally has played Doris in DAMN YANKEES (for the Production Company), Brigitte Warne in SHANE WARNE THE MUSICAL (world premier) and Claire McPherson in ONCE WE LIVED HERE at 45 Downstairs for which she received a Green Room Award nomination. Most recently, Sally appeared as Josie/Valerie and Jana Wendt in THE BOY FROM OZ at the State Theatre.
