Sam has recently completed a BA in Music Theater at the University of Ballarat, Roles including Batboy - 'Batboy', where he received a Music Theatre Guild nomination for 'best performer in a musical', 'Problem child' - self devised cabaret, as a sailor and understudy for Billy in 'Anything Goes', as a Soldier/Understudy for General Harrison Howell/Baptista in 'Kiss Me, Kate', Jeffery - 'Godspell' and Bernardo in 'Tonight', a Bernstein scene study.

Sam is the front man of a rock cover band playing in Melbourne and across Victoria and N.S.W at private and corporate functions, sung and played guitar at the Premier's Sustainability Awards 2007, has performed in TV commercials and Radio/TV Jingles with Alchomy Media. His other interests are Guitar, Song writing/recording and acrobatics/stunts. Upcoming work for Sam include, singing and dancing at the Crown Casino throughout January 2008, workshopping a new Australian musical called 'Destiny's Prize' with Anthony Crowley at Chapel off Chapel in February 2008.
