Jumpin' the Q

Music by Matthew Frank

Lyrics by Dean Bryant

A satire on the "child overboard" scandal and the trend of reality TV, 'Jumpin' the Q' is a talent quest for potential immigrants.  Each contestant must perform a song, and the winning girl "will be flown into the heart of our great nation, where she'll sign citizenship papers and a record deal simultaneously!"  However, one of the girls is hiding a secret that threatens to blow the whole competition apart.  First performed 11/10/2002 at the York Theatre, NYC (USA).
